Made from ancient mediterranean style grapes hand-picked from 70 year old vines, the Zibibbo from Brash Higgins is an intense aromatic experience. Left to age in old French barriques, this white wine was never disturbed before bottling the mere 155 cases.

The flavours of Zibibbo run the full gamut from lemon oil to chalky minerality, and from tangerines to cinnamon apples. This is what people mean when they speak of complex and interesting wines that express the characteristics of their climate and soil.
