Brocken Spectre thought they had a unique idea to create a saffron infused Gin, until the researched and found that it had been done in France for many many years.

Still they have created one of Tasmania's first saffron Gins using 100% locally grown saffron stamens which are allowed to steep in their Gin base for a few days before being strained out.

A light and delightful Gin with subtle saffron and citrus notes that go amazing with soda or a dash of a light tonic. Try it with some sliced fresh chilli and thyme for the true experience.
