This hand crafted Gin by Christian Drouin has been made using age old techniques of blending distilled Apple Ciders in Normandy, France with distillations of Juniper and other classic aromatics that are typical in the world of Calvados.

After creating 'Le Gin' back in 2015, they wanted to experiment with the method more and so created Carmina, which is an ode to red berries.

In addition to blending Cider and Juniper distillations together, this Gin has been macerated with a blend of raspberries, elderflowers, blackcurrants and more.

Resulting in a spring/summer profile with ample floral and fruit notes that make this a bright and lively Gin that is devine to just sip, or to simply mix with soda.
