Day for Night is a blend of Syrah and Nero d'Avola grapes from Jasper's Sparrow vineyard in the Adelaide Hills both picked on the same day in late March.

Directly pressed and taken off lees fairly quickly, the resulting wine is a ripe rosé with notes of bright rosehip, peach and backed up by touches of textural savoury notes.

Finishing with a great mouthfeel and with a zippy level of acidity, this is a smashing rosé that steps away from the more classic styles.
