For the first time Jasper has sourced Shiraz grapes from the Sluiter vineyard in Mylor in the Adelaide Hills as he has decided to take out his own Shiraz grapes in his Sparrows vineyard to replace with new and exciting varieties.

These grapes were chilled as whole bunches for 3 days prior to fermentation being whole bunch pressed to extract natural bright colour and tannis.

The resulting wine is soft and distinctly Syrah in style with rich aromas of violets and blueberries with well balanced tannin and acidity making it super drinkable.
