A full-bodied red blend from Rioja, somewhat of a cousin to a Bordeaux. On the nose are powerful black fruit, truffle and balsamic notes, with underlying hints of coffee and eucalyptus laced throughout. Pronounced red fruits dominate the palate, along with hefty coffee and balsamic accompaniments. Mouthfeel is smooth and elegant, with a strong aftertaste. A wine of great depth and complexity.
