Dry-grown Chenin Blanc from Swan Valley, Western Australia. Huge drinkability here, where despite the heat found in Swan Valley, this Chenin has retained great acidity. Wild ferment and aging in some old French oak has created a unique drop, with textbook waxy texture on the palate accompanied by a sea-spray touch on the finish. It has a delicious combination of energetic citrus notes that hit with detailed precision too.
