Here's a wine that's got character! This Dazma Gewürztraminer is the result of some serious winemaking creativity. Mother Nature threw a curveball with tricky growing conditions, so the team split their approach into two clever batches.

The first batch got the full spa treatment: two weeks lounging on skins with daily punch downs to really coax out all those gorgeous flavours and textures. The second batch, dealing with some botrytis, took the direct press route instead.

The result is a wine with seriously impressive texture and depth that'll make you sit up and take notice. Expect beautiful notes of crisp apples, delicate roses, and creamy lemon curd.
