This chardonnay parcel sits on a north eastern slope, seeing soft morning light and is shielded form harsh afternoon sun. The granite soils and long ripening seen in 2021 have produced a wine of bright minerality and freshness, with white flowers on the nose. Complex phenolics and a strong acid line give the wine an excellent structure.

Whole bunch pressed with wild fermentation. Malo-lactic fermentation progressed naturally, softening the palate. Maturation occurred in old French oak.
