A main feature of this Pinot Noir parcel is deliberate close planted, high density vines, resulting in a wine with enhanced power and character while maintaining a sense of elegance.

Palate of red fruit blending into black cherry and purple flowers. All the while being supported by fine tannins and great acid backbone. 

Fermented with 10% bunches. After two weeks on skins with gentle pump overs, the wine was pressed to French oak (33% new) for 11 months’ maturation.
