Crafted from the 2010 harvest, this unique rum has been aged for more than 10 years in 11 selected American Oak barrels, with a further 18-24 month maturation in 350L French Oak barrels.

The time spent in barrels is showcased through it's distinctive aromas, with warm woods touching on marzipan and stewed mandarins, while leather and spices come through the undertow. These aromas are richly exhibited on the palate too, finishing with warm, candied fruits. Best to let this one breathe for about five minutes before serving, to allow it to open up.
