Made from a blend of multiple vintages and varietals (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay), this impressive Adelaide Hills sparkling rosé shows plenty of complexity and texture. Fresh green apple, peach and citrus mingle with richer notes of pastry, cashew and toasted walnut. There's some ripe red fruit flavours in the mix but the overall impression is dry and crisp. This is an exceptional example of Australian sparkling that works tremendously well as an aperitif.
