This meticulously crafted gem blends grapes from the estate and select growers, boasting an average vine age of 35 years. Employing the classic méthode Champenoise, Baumard nurtures this Crémant for a minimum of 24 months en tirage, resulting in a wine defined by its fine mousse and a marriage of aromas and flavours—ranging from apples and pears to almonds and honey. As the experience culminates, the long, dry finish leaves a lingering impression, accented by alluring biscuity notes.
