Domaine Rolet defy tradition when it comes to their Macvin Blanc. A strict 12 month ageing in oak barrels is required in the AOC, but Domaine Rolet pushes it up to 48 months, in order to build the depth and sophistication they believe is essential for this release.

It's a pale yellow tone, with some coppery tints hiding within. Aromas of dried fruits such as figs and currants, are met with delicate floral notes too. Served well-chilled, the palate unfolds a stunning texture amongst dried fruits met with quince notes. A profound aperitif, to say the least.
