At Don Fulano, the commitment to excellence shines through their unique dual distillation process. Combining an old-style double column still with a traditional copper pot still, they meticulously heat distill to refine the spirit, blending the two distillates to achieve unparalleled quality. This exclusive method, with 12-16% column still distillate, ensures consistency and character in each bottle.

Expect notes of cooked agave intertwined with fruit and vanilla, balanced by oak and pepper. The palate delivers a harmonious texture with a finish highlighted by spicy black pepper and cinnamon.
