A fun, juicy red made from a blend of hand-picked Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet. The Tempranillo was harvested first, destemmed, left on skins overnight, then pressed to tank. The Shiraz and Cabernet were next, harvested together, left on skins for two nights then pressed to tank for malo and fermentation. Racked, blended and bottled.

The result is a crunchy, easy-drinking, warm-weather red. Flavours of red currant and cherry are dominant, with undertones of red apple and plum, and a subtle hint of sage bringing  savoury balance. Oh so drinkable!
