Jo Perry's Yokel are not only deliciously fresh and bright; Jo also dedicates a portion of the profits from the sale of these wines to land conservation and rehabilitation for the lovable Western Swamp Tortoise (who is also on the label of the wines).

Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc from the Swan Valley was very gently whole-bunch pressed into to a combination of large-format oak, amphorae and tanks. It was stirred over the course of about a month and natural malo was allowed to progress, before the wine was racked to bottle with only minimal sulphur.
