This double-aged Rum starts life in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados), ageing in American oak casks for 5 years. It is then shipped to Jerez, Spain and aged for a further 3 years in barrels that once held Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry. The result is a wonderfully smooth Rum with a delightfully complex flavour and aromatic profile. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice, or does very well in a cocktail.
