Destemmed fruit sourced from two sub regions within the Great Southern region of Western Australia, fruit was fermented using wild yeast, and aged in a combination of old oak, and slightly newer old oak for a total of twelve months. There's a signature Western Australia touch to this wine, where it exhibits riper red fruits than usual due to a warmer growing year, accompanied by a menthol like touch.
