This modern take on Western Australian Chardonnay was made from organically farmed fruit, fermented in a combination of new and old oak, and given extended time on lees for maximum texture. Freshness and purity of fruit have been prioritised here. You'll find notes of citrus, nectarine, jasmine and slate along with a long, crisp finish,
