This is certainly Roussanne but not quite as you know it. A week and a half of skin contact has given the classic Rhône grape a golden hue and provided some truly individual character. You can expect notes of black tea leaf, preserved ginger, crunchy quince and citrus zest. No shortage of texture or interest here.
