This 100% Syrah hails from 34-year-old, own-rooted vines in Leongatha’s volcanic soils. Aged in seasoned barriques, it’s all about texture and finesse, with a gentle malolactic fermentation rounding things out. The wine is juicy, with solid concentration and a fine thread of acidity keeping things balanced.

Pale, dusty pink. Fragrant with fresh strawberry, red currant, and a touch of herbal spice. The palate is dry, savoury, & textural, finishing crisp, clean & precise.  A thirst-quencher, all about pure fruit quality.
