Five generations of the Pellas family have been making rum in Chichigalpa in Nicaragua's northwest. Their craftsmanship and passion has turned a small business founded in a sugar mill into one of the world's best rum-makers.

Flor De Cana's Centenario 25 Year Old Rum is one for the collectors. The invitingly dark amber liquid has aromas of vanilla, wood and dark cocoa, leading the drinker into an impeccable, complex and mind-blowing drinking experience. Flavours of fruit, almond and caramel coalesce, and a smooth and long buttery finish lingers long after the last drop.
