Five generations of the Pellas family have been making rum in Chichigalpa in Nicaragua's northwest. Their crafstmanship and passion has turned a small business founded in a sugar mill into one of the world's best rum-makers.

Flor De Cana's Centenario 25 Year Old Rum is one for the collectors.
