This is a classic Aussie Riesling, elegant and crystalline with a beautiful balance of precise, delicate acidity. On the nose are typical enticing notes of citrus peel, wet stone and subtle florals. The palate is refined, displaying well-crafted textures, juicy fruit flavours, bright lashings of acid and a lingering finish. Drinks well now, but will also thrive with cellaring.
