Named for the iconic spot just a stone's throw away from the Freycinet vineyard, Wineglass Bay is a stunning example of everything a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc can be. The long, slow ripening season produces fruit of immense aroma and flavour with a strong, well-balanced acidity. 

The grapes are handled gently and fermented slowly, with 40% of the juice being left to mature in French oak. The finished product is left with structure, length, complexity and a subtly creamy texture, all of which provide ample support to the luxurious nose of gooseberry, grapefruit and passionfruit. An absolute crowd-pleaser that doesn't sacrifice on quality.
