A rare gem, Garagiste's Gewürztraminer is born from a tiny parcel of 30-year-old vines in Tuerong, yielding just enough for a single 500-litre barrel after six years of waiting. Fermented half as whole bunches for perfume and texture, the rest pressed and aged in seasoned wood, this wine bursts with rose petals, meadow florals, spice, and pure, ripe fruit, its succulent texture lifted by fine phenolics and crisp acidity. A wine of beautiful detail and precision, it's a perfect pairing for a strong, ripe cheese or soft, cow’s milk cheese.
