Situated amidst the stunning natural beauty of the Cotswolds, Capreolus Distillery is committed to preserving their idyllic surrounds while also capturing the fleeting, unique characteristics of them in their spirits.

Capreolus Distillery's Garden Swift Gin is a truly excellent gin. So excellent that it won the 2017 Whisky Exchange Spirit of the Year. British wheat was chosen to create the soft, neutral base needed to showcase the delicate botanicals. The exact recipe is a closely guarded secret, but there is no chill filtering, the distillers wanting the natural qualities of the gin to remain. Botanicals are macerated for 40 hours or suspend above to absorb aromas through steam, meaning production is very limited.

Foremost on the palate is blood orange, cushioned by spice, flowers, pine, berries and myriad other botanicals. Rich, intricate and unbelievably delicious!
