Those familiar with Gentle Folk's unique brand of elegant, thoughtful wines would not be surprised with how beguiling their Adelaide Hills Syrah is. A fragrant bouquet precedes a silky palate of blue and purple fruits. Crunchy, peppery notes are abundant here, thanks to its 100% whole bunch fermentation. A small portion of the wine was also aged in new oak barrels, adding lovely notes of vanilla, clove and subtle char.
