The Ghost Rock Estate Pinot Noir is a fragrant yet concentrated wine infused with cherry aromas that showcase the complete spectrum of Pinot Noir characteristics. On the palate, it offers a soft mouthfeel and a long-lasting presence. Winemaker Justin Arnold describes this Pinot Noir as the winery’s “centre of gravity,” capturing all the diverse characters of their vineyards in one snapshot.

Fermentation combines both cultured and wild yeast, and the maturation occurs over 11 months in first-grade French oak (with 30% new oak). The result is a focused, perfumed wine with a softly textured palate—a true delight for Pinot Noir enthusiasts.
