A new release in the Supernatural range by Ghost Rock Wines, this is fruit from the La Filles & Bonadale vineyards, thoughtfully blended to balance out the natural differences of the sites, where La Filles gives texture and ripeness, and Bonadale produces the freshness and citrus notes. Fermented in old oak, where it continues its ageing journey, with lees stirring incorporated therein. Neither fining nor filtration before bottling.

Loads of stone fruits show the ripeness produced by the La Filles vineyard, while lemon zest and a slight almond touch add complexity. There's generosity to the palate, but the acidity provided by Tasmania's cool-climate growing area, keeps this feeling fresh.
