A new addition to the Havilah catalogue, and a what knock out! Gorgeously bright and vibrant from an outstanding growing season in Tasmania. A blend of fruit from two sources here, with the Three Wishes Vineyard's fruit left to go through carbonic maceration for three weeks, while the Coal Valley fruit goes through an almost Pinot-like style. An impressive Gamay, to say the least.
