Fruit was sourced from across the Tamar Valley, where Schönburger (primarily), Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer are combined to create a glowing orange wine. The Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Schönburger are all 100% destemmed and co-fermented in open-top fermenters, and left on skins for about three and a half weeks. 

Citrus peel and a bit of ginger spice hold the top notes, with stone fruits below. The palate leans into similar citrus peel notes, with savoury nuttiness too, finishing clean and fresh.
