The Head's Grenache, Shiraz Mataro blend is grown in the sub-region of Greenock - a vineyard that is an impressive 100 years old. Each component of this wine is fermented separately which leads to a higher definition and purity of fruitiness. This is a true Bistro wine style, utilising red fruits, peppers, Asian spice, acidity and a long chewy and heavy textured finish.

The sheer burgundy colour compliments the sweet scent of musky florals, raspberry, white pepper spice and anise. The taste it a plump palate, with red fruits, liquorice and pepper and is an overall balanced and medium bodied wine. A wine that is easy to drink on it's own, but also tastes superb with a slice of pizza or a bowl of fresh pasta.
