The 2019 Blanc de Blanc is from a single vineyard (Tashinga, Coal River valley). This tiny vineyard is nestled on the flanks of Mt Rumney at 210m above sea level, ensuring mild daytime and cool night temperatures throughout the growing season.

100% Chardonnay, the fruit is hand harvested, whole bunch pressed with spontaneous primary fermentation occuring in oak barriques.  Tirage was achieved using reserved juice and Malolactic fermentation was blocked by use of low temperature tirage and storage.

The 2019 Blanc de Blanc is the palest green gold in hue. Complex, highly structured & layered with a vibrant line of acid resolved in a crisp, dry lingering finish. Lime zest & confectionary notes open out to crisp white peach & lemon curd with accents of flint & oyster shell. The palate zesty, long, and satisfying with a dry. Incredibly moreish.

Six years on lees (disgorged July-August 2025), 2 g/L dosage, TA 8.3 g/L, pH 3.03. Vegan-friendly.
