Their single-minded determination saw this pair re-plant their vineyard TWICE in the battle to get it established and now Henty Farm has been lucky enough to be allocated a parcel of these organically-grown grapes. A crisp glass of this Henty ripper will draw you in for more of that luscious fruit. But there's also a fresh acidity to this wine that comes courtesy of a splash of Riesling added along the way.
