This very rich, slightly sweet wine from Holly's Garden is always a crowd pleaser and enjoys a cult like status within wine circles. The Pinot Gris can be quite yeasty and dry in texture due to fermentation in large oak puncheons. It is a powerful and luscious wine that really packs a punch.
