A true dedicated Sparkling House by superstars Vasse Felix from an obsession since the 80s on creating a spectacular Australian Margaret River sparkling. The viticulturists at Margaret River have been slowly cloning a mix of Champagne clones which are delicate in fruit and high in natural acidity with Margaret River's prized Gingin Chardonnay on a windswept rocky site. Utilising the best Methode Traditionelle processes of secondary fermentation and extended ageing on lees in each bottle creates a fine sparkling that is truly uniquely Western Australian in origin which challenges the best sparklings from Champagne.
