The 2025 vintage shows lifted floral notes—particularly violet—alongside red cherry fruit, spice, and fine, persistent tannins. A warm, relatively dry growing season, with rainfall approximately 10% below the long-term average. A wetter spring supported healthy yields, followed by ideal ripening conditions. A complex blend of seven clones (115, 114, MV6, D5V12, G5V15, D2V5, D4V2) sourced from five regions: Huon Valley (32%), Coal Valley (25%), Derwent Valley (21%), East Coast (18.5%) and Pipers River (3.5%).
