Jauma's James Erskine has turned some organically farmed Chenin Blanc into a bright, spritzy little number that will disappear from your glass before you know it. Grown on sandy clay soils in Blewitt Springs, the juice was left on skins for two days before being pressed to tank. There's notes of peach, pear, citrus and melon in the mix and just the right amount of fizz. Extremely refreshing and very fun!
