Organic Adelaide Hills Arneis grown on a mix of clay, quartz and ironstone soils. Two weeks of skin contact during winemaking have imparted a gorgeous golden hue. It's laden with stone fruits, crunchy pear, white florals and zesty citrus. Medium bodied and slightly waxy in texture, this is a great example of how well suited Italy's Arneis is to the Australian terroir.
