J.M Rhum's first organic white Rum, made from certified organic Canne Bleue sugarcane. The Rum was distilled in a Creole column still and reduced with Mount Pelee spring water.

On the nose are bright, tropical notes of florals, lime zest and freshly cut sugarcane, while on the palate are complex characteristics of citrus, anise and white pepper with a persistent, fresh finish. Best enjoyed neat to truly appreciate the complexities within.
