Chardonnay sourced from Kate Hill's Four Winds Estate Vineyard in Huon Valley, Tasmania, where the long, cool ripening conditions, coupled with expert winemaking, have made way for a fine expression of this variety. Ten months spent in French barrels, have lent aromatics of citrus, peaches, and melon, while on the palette, the oak is integrated seamlessly, offering bready hints among a minerally finish. Perfect now, but can be cellared for at least five years.
