Description

Kate Hill has worked her way across the world for some of the best producers, and then back down under working for iconic Tasmanian producer Stefano Lubiana.

Now making wines under her own label, she has sourced Pinot Noir from a single vineyard site from the Coal River Valley which has created a fragrant and rich wine.

With lots of toasty oak and touches of mint and ripe berries, this Pinot is full flavoured with loads of structure and elegance. Definitely a great example of the stunning wines that Tasmania is currently producing.

From a warm Coal River Valley site in Tasmania’s south, the particularly warm and dry 2019 vintage has produced a Pinot Noir with an lifted nose of plum and ripe berry characters. It has a palate filled with abundant fruit and succulent tannin. Drinking well now, but should cellar well for at least six years.' Kate Hill, Winemaker
