At a polishing of 45%, you can expect savoury notes to intermingle with luscious fruit in a way that only 200+ years of sake brewing experience can provide. A creamy texture is met with an almost salty nuance, while a touch of melon and undertones of shiitake mushroom leave a lingering finish. A beautiful pairing for gyoza and or salmon dishes.
