Albeit dry on the palate, there is a lushness to the fruit that provides stunning depth. Fruit was sourced from the Provence region in the south of France, where it saw a longer ripening period due to the decision to harvest late, before being brought back to the Kolonne Null winery in Germany. Ageing on lees has helped add palate weight to this non-alc rosé, where loads of red berry freshness with fleshy peaches take over the senses, in what could be tastiest non-alc rosé we've ever come across!
