Winemaker Philipp Rößle knew which piece of the puzzle was missing when he set out to create non-alc wines. For too long, poor fruit was sourced from bulk-produced vineyards, and was handled too harshly in the process of de-alcoholisation. Well, that's no longer the case. You can rest assured that Philipp is sourcing grapes from some stunning growers, such as this Riesling, from Mosel, Germany. Lots of tart acidity and slate like minerality that you come to find in Riesling from this part of the world. Expect a little bit of residual sugar, but nothing offensive by any means, while bright citrus notes intermingle with deeper mandarin and floral hints.
