Its subtle bronze hue hints at the enticing bouquet, which unfurls with grapefruit, pear, and a touch of spicy ginger, reminiscent of musk. On the palate, it impresses with excellent length and a clear direction, seamlessly blending textural mid-palate richness with a zesty citrus pith finish.

Dominant flavours of green apple, lemon, and rosewater shine throughout. Crafted through a gentle, whole-bunch pressing process directly into seasoned French oak, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeasts. Following fermentation, it matures on lees (without stirring) for ten months before bottling, with minimal fining and filtration.
