Kooyong's entry-level offering is truly exceptional. It boasts the expected notes of white stone fruit, citrus, and invigorating acidity, but what truly distinguishes it is the depth and vitality it brings to the table. The palate reveals grilled nut nuances, a delightful leesy complexity, and an irresistible savory quality.

The Clonale, greets with aromatic purity, showcasing enticing aromas of lime, nectarine, and green plum, elegantly mingled with hints of nougat and rolled oats. Its journey across the palate is seamless, with soft orchard fruit flavours at the centre stage, complemented by a delicate lemon and grapefruit acidity that lends length and precision. Subtle oak support underpins the experience.

Crafted through a gentle whole-bunch pressing process directly into French oak barriques (including 7% new oak), spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeasts sets the stage. After fermentation, the wine ages on lees (without stirring) for nine months and is bottled without fining, ensuring minimal filtration.
