A truly finessed Australian red, KT Castine Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of gently basket-pressing intensely-flavourful Clare Valley grapes and aging them in both new and old French oak barrels - a process that imparts a complex, oak-driven depth and richness to the deliciously savoury wine.

Named after KT Wines' collaborators the Castine family who grew the grapes for this wine on their farm in the South Australian township of Watervale, this masterfully developed red is the passion of devoted Clare Valley winemaker Kerri Thompson.
