Home grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc in Dixons Creek, the latter being just a small portion in the final product. Picked by hand, wild fermented in old oak, and bottled; no tampering, just honest charm. And yet, there isn't anything strictly traditional in the glass. It bursts with dry, savoury complexities, providing soft notes of rose petals alongside strawberries and currants, while a fine mineral backbone keeps things interesting. Deliciously vibrant and well-lifted.
